4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within  7–10 business daysafter we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
